Charles Y Armstrong Broker Capital Ranch SalesA NOTE FROM YOUR LAND BROKER, CHARLES

School is back in session!

As summer break wraps up and we get back to “normal” schedules, I find myself counting down the days to cooler temperatures. Much of the southern portion of the state was blessed with some much-needed rain in late August, and for that, we are grateful! We’re continuing to pray for more in the near future.

As you receive this newsletter, the opening day of dove season is upon us in the north zone and the south zone – less than two weeks out! I hope you find time to get to the dove fields and create some great memories.

As for the ranch real estate market, prices are holding strong, but transaction volume is at a 10-year low! High interest rates and uncertainty in the market are the main reasons we see fewer ranches transact, and I suspect that will be the case for the foreseeable future. That said, if you are thinking about buying or selling in the near future, please reach out to us, and we can answer any questions you might have.

See ya next month!
