Fall is finally here…or so they say! The good news is, it does seem like the 100-degree days are a thing of the past. With hunting season in full swing and cooler weather on the horizon, this time of year is pretty hard to beat!

The reports I’ve received from the dove fields have been great! I hope you found some time to get out and enjoy the action. Archery whitetail season is now open, and we are less than a month out from rifle season kicking off.

As for the real estate market, Capital Ranch Sales has brought some great ranches to market over the past month, closed on 3 great properties, and put another 3 under contract for our clients. From a transaction standpoint, September has proved to be our best month this year! While the market over the past year has certainly been down compared to the previous 2 years, it still rings true that good, accurately priced ranches garner attention for both the seller and prospective buyers.
