Happy New Year! I hope you had a fruitful Christmas break spent with loved ones. It’s crazy to think that we are in 2026, but here we are….85 degrees and all!

Capital Ranch Sales finished the 2025 year off with a bang, as we closed multiple great ranches in the final week of the year, put multiple under contract, and found ourselves scattered across the state, photographing some awesome new ranches that we are excited to bring to market in January.

While 2025 had its fair share of challenges, the team at Capital Ranch Sales produced another fantastic year in which we were able to assist our clients in the closing of 58 ranches across the state! We are beyond thankful to our great clients who, year after year, trust us to help them accomplish their land buying and selling goals.

We go as our clients go! So with that, if you or anyone you know is interested in buying or selling land in 2026, we would love the opportunity to chat with you about how we can add value to that process.

Cheers to a new year!
