A NOTE FROM YOUR LAND BROKER, CHARLES
Thanksgiving is in the rearview mirror, and we’re rolling towards Christmas and 2024!
Historically speaking, this time of year is a bit slow in the ranch real estate world. Whether it’s colder temps, hunting season, or the hustle and bustle that comes with the end of the year, buyers and sellers seem to not be as active during this season.
The good news is, we’ve experienced a surge of activity this holiday season. Since my last newsletter, we’ve closed on 6 properties, put another 2 under contract, and listed even more great properties that you can check out in our featured listings.
As we head into a new year, I look back at the year we had in 2023, and find that it’s proved to be a solid year for our brokerage, even with the shifting landscape in ranch real estate.
I want to thank you for following along on my ranch-selling journey this year, and to let you know how grateful I am for your support. I hope you have a great Christmas break, and I will be back in touch in January!
