Caresse was born and raised in the hills of Central Texas – in the small town of Wimberley.
From a young age, her love for animals led her to raise and show livestock, eventually traveling the state to horse shows and rodeos. Earning a scholarship to Texas State University, Caresse graduated with honors with a degree in Agriculture Business and Management.
After graduation in 2015, Caresse entered her career in ranch real estate with the KW Land Division as the Agent Service Administrator with Keller Williams Realty International in 2016. Soon after, she joined a ranch realty company from 2017 – 2020 as Manager of Operations and EA. During that time, she learned about her passion for real estate and the satisfaction of connecting clients with their dream properties. She now joined Capital Ranch Sales in 2020 as a licensed agent.
Caresse, her husband Tyler, and daughter Josie Rose and son Jameson Wyane now call Blanco County home. In their spare time, you can find them enjoying their family ranch and tending to cattle. Caresse’s love for God, family, and friends defines who she is today, and her passion for service to her client’s needs is unmatched.

No I grew up in Wimberley, TX.
Working in farm and ranch real estate allows me to implement my appreciation and passion for agriculture, hunting and rodeo while helping unite clients with their dream property.
Previewing a ranch by ATV on a crisp fall day. There is no greater satisfaction than walking with a client hand and hand through their land transactions.
Ranching, boating and hunting with my husband and children at our family ranch. Our favorite place is outdoors.
