Harrison Park

Ranching and land has always been part of Harrison’s life from an early age. Growing up in San Antonio, he spent much of his childhood at his grandfather’s working ranch in Kerrville, Texas, where he developed a firsthand appreciation of ranching and the lifestyle that comes with owning and caring for the land. Those experiences sparked a passion that remained with him throughout his life.

After graduating from Texas Christian University in 2013, Harrison began his career in ranch real estate and also spent 10 years specializing in business valuations for gift and estate tax purposes, working with high-net-worth individuals and families. That experience gave him a strong foundation in valuation, financial analysis, and the complexities that come with significant real estate holdings and personal assets.

Harrison has a unique perspective, combining his professional experience with a genuine passion for the land. He and his family own a ranch in Camp Wood, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.

Why have you chosen Ranch Real Estate as a career?

Ranch real estate is where I feel called to be. It gives me the opportunity to combine my passion and knowledge for land and the outdoors with my passion of working with and serving others. I also enjoy the relationships that come with this business and the opportunity to help people make some of the most meaningful decisions in their lives.

Describe the perfect work day.

A perfect day for me would be having the opportunity to impact someone’s life in a positive way while doing something I truly enjoy. Whether it’s getting the opportunity to see some of the most beautiful places in Texas, helping a buyer find the right property, or helping a seller accomplish their goals. And there’s not a much better way to finish the day than being reminded of how great God is by enjoying a Texas Hill Country sunset.

Describe the perfect non-work day.

A perfect non-work day is spent with my wife, Katelyn, and our two children, preferably at the family property in Camp Wood, Texas. Cooling off in the Nueces River during the day and sitting by a fire, watching the kids run around in the evening as the sun sets over the beautiful landscape in Real County, Texas.
