Born and raised in Mason County, Bridget Chapman is a sixth-generation Texan with deep roots in the Texas Hill Country. She brings a lifetime of land knowledge, Texas heritage, and hands-on experience to her real estate career.
Bridget graduated from Neuchatel Junior College in 2002 before continuing her education at the University of Kentucky and Texas Tech University. She later earned her nursing degree from Schreiner University.
Before entering real estate, Bridget owned and operated a water well business in Edwards County, giving her firsthand knowledge of Texas land, water resources, ranch operations, and rural property ownership. In 2019, she obtained her real estate license and joined Fredericksburg Realty, where she spent approximately seven years helping clients buy and sell ranches, recreational properties, and residential real estate. She recently joined Capital Ranch Sales, bringing with her extensive experience in land transactions, contracts, negotiations, and marketing.
Bridget and her husband, Chad, have built their lives around faith, family, and the Texas outdoors. Together they are raising four children—Cole, Cannon, Payne, and Piers-Louise—and understand the value of finding a property that fits both a lifestyle and a long-term vision.
Bridget splits her time between the Texas Hill Country and the Texas Coast, with Rockport serving as her home base. Her market knowledge spans much of Texas, including Aransas, San Patricio, Refugio, Webb, Live Oak, Blanco, Kimble, Edwards, Real, Mason, Gillespie, and Nueces counties.
Known for her extensive knowledge of land, ranches, water resources, contracts, and real estate transactions, Bridget provides clients with practical insight and straightforward guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Whether assisting with a working ranch, recreational property, investment property, or family home, she is committed to helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.
When she’s not working with clients, Bridget enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time at the ranch, and making the most of life on the water—activities that keep her connected to the land and lifestyle she is passionate
about helping others find.
