Mason Norris was born and raised in Seguin, Texas. From a young age, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors were a big part of his life and gave him an appreciation for the land and wildlife of South and Central Texas.
Mason graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University’s Rawls College of Business with a degree in Business Management. After college, he moved to Houston and worked in brokerage before making his way back home to Central Texas and into farm and ranch real estate.
Mason enjoys getting to know people and learning what they want out of a piece of property. Whether it’s a hunting ranch, working land, an investment, or simply a place to get away with family and friends, he enjoys helping people find a piece of Texas they can call their own.
When he’s not working, Mason enjoys hunting, fishing, team roping, playing country music, working on old trucks, and spending time with family and friends. His faith and family are a big part of his life, and he’s grateful for the opportunity to build a career serving landowners and buyers across Texas.

I live in Seguin, Texas.
Is that where you grew up?
Yes, I was born and raised in Seguin. I left for college at Texas Tech and spent some time working in Houston after graduating, but Central Texas has always been home.
Why have you chosen Ranch Real Estate as a career?
I’ve always loved the outdoors, hunting, and Texas land, and I knew I wanted a career where I could work with people and spend more time outside. Ranch real estate gives me the opportunity to combine that with my business background and help people buy and sell something that means a lot more than just a piece of property.
Describe the perfect work day.
A full day out on the road looking at ranches, meeting landowners, and hopefully ending the day knowing I helped put a good deal together for a client.
Describe the perfect non-work day.
Wake up early, go hunting or fishing, work on a project car, and finish the day with family and friends, good food, and maybe a little country music.
If you could give one sentence of advice about how to live life, what would that be?
Keep God first, work hard, treat people right, and don’t take for granted the time you get with the people you love.
