Cody spent his early childhood years on a working cattle and hunting ranch just outside of Refugio, Tx. It was there that his love for wildlife and the outdoors began and where he would spend the majority of his free time hunting and fishing. After moving to Spring Branch, Tx in the mid 90’s Cody became actively involved in showing animals through 4H as well as playing baseball.
After high school, Cody began a career working on production oil/gas wells in South Texas and it was during that time his love for being on ranches was renewed and he made the transition into Ranch Real Estate.
Cody now resides on a ranch just outside of Bergheim, Tx with my Kirby, daughter Emery, and son Rhett.

Why have you chosen Ranch Real Estate as a career?
My love for the outdoors and wildlife has always been a passion of mine since I was a kid. Being able to incorporate my passion along with being able to help customers find their dream ranch is truly a dream come true.
Describe the perfect work day.
The perfect work day would be driving on a beautiful ranch and observing wildlife as the sun began to rise.
Describe the perfect non-work day.
It would be enjoying a cup of coffee in south Texas and hearing the wildlife come alive with an early sunrise with my kids.
If you could give one sentence advice about how to live life, what would that be?
Don’t take any moment for granted and spend precious moments with your kids before they grow up too fast.
